IPE Easy Paint 7000 -sofort verfügbar -

The compelling advantages:

Space-saving, compact design – comfortable and high-performance.
Excellent surface quality and pleasant working environment thanks to diagonal, low-turbulence airflow.
Large capture area due to air guide plates – making it suitable for larger workpieces.
Separation rate of paint mist up to 99%, retention capacity of the pre-filter up to 18 kg/m² – resulting in a long filter life!
Easy and quick filter replacement on the front.
Cost-effective replacement filters.
Low purchase costs and extremely low energy consumption.
Dry spray booth made of galvanized sheet steel with a welded base frame, cardboard labyrinth filter as a pre-filter, and fiberglass filter as a secondary filter. Ex-fan including throttle valve mounted on the left.

Don't compromise on surface quality. Easy Paint extraction walls are the ideal, cost-effective solution for effectively capturing and filtering paint mist and extracting solvent vapors. Robust and powerful, yet economical in operation.

The IPE double filtration system ensures that two filter stages provide a maximum separation rate of up to 99%. The cardboard labyrinth filter initially absorbs significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² of filter area) due to the folded filter pockets than conventional filter mats. The downstream fiberglass secondary filter only captures the finest remaining particles.

As a guideline, a service life of approximately 150 to 200 painting hours can be specified for the cardboard labyrinth filter, depending on the paint used. The fiberglass filter only needs to be replaced after approximately 900 to 1200 painting hours, i.e. only after every 5th or 6th cardboard filter change.

Easy Paint also has a lower intake opening to quickly and safely capture solvent vapors on the floor or from floor pits.

Due to this additional intake opening facing downwards, the Easy Paint can be connected to a floor pit or drip tray as an underfloor extraction system. The filter cassette, which can be inserted from the front, also simplifies filter replacement here.
