A multi-head weigher is a highly precise weighing system that weighs products on multiple load cells simultaneously. The ideal combination is calculated automatically, ensuring that the target weight is achieved with minimal deviation.

Multi-head weighers are particularly suitable for bulk products. When combined with a vertical packaging machine, they provide a continuous, automated packaging process.

Multi-head weighers reduce product loss through exact weight combinations and enable higher throughput rates, especially for expensive or sensitive products.

In the picture, the 10-head precision weigher exemplifies the upgrade of product-contacting parts to stainless steel 316 and other upgrades.
