iDEAL BAS 320

Handles the full spectrum of blade types — bi-metal, carbide, wood, and stainless steel — up to 50 mm clamping width, covering blade dimensions from 6×0.40 mm up to 54×1.60 mm on bi-metal stock. At 25 kVA with 38 kN clamping force and 10 kN upsetting force, it delivers consistent, high-integrity welds across carbon and stainless steel strip with max. cross-sections of 150 mm² and 60 mm² respectively. The fully automatic welding and annealing cycle is recipe-controlled via touch panel — operator inserts the blade, hits start, and the machine handles the rest. Robust pneumatic clamping, water-cooled electrodes, and a 800 kg industrial frame make this a workhorse for sawmills, blade service centers, and large metalworking operations.
