Console Table / Vacuum System
- 2 independently operating shuttle tables in Y-direction (2 Y-axes)
- Both shuttles can be synchronized for machining large workpieces (single mode)
- 6 movable consoles per shuttle (total 12), each with 1 longitudinal stop at the front
- Each console fitted with a lifting rail mounted on the side
- Console length 1340 mm
- 3 retractable lateral stops (2 left, 1 right, mirror position)
- Approx. 20 vacuum blocks 160x140 mm
- 2 vacuum pumps, capacity 100/140 m3/h, 1 per field (left/right)

Milling Spindle / Units / Tool Changer
- Main spindle 7.5 kW (S6 or S1 mode), n max = 18000 rpm, vector-controlled
- HSK F63 tool clamping
- Liquid cooling with temperature monitoring
- NOTE: The main spindle was replaced in 2021.
- C-axis with unit interface
- Auxiliary spindle with permanently mounted gluing unit (with its own X & C axis),
360° edge banding with butt joint gluing
- Double edge roll magazines, automatic edge change
- Fixed vertical drilling head with 12 spindles (individually selectable) /
6 spindles in X, 7 spindles in Y direction
Drive motor 4 kW, 4500 – 6000 rpm
- 18-position tool changer (carousel type)
- Sawing and trimming unit for tool changer
- Boring and milling unit with 4 spindles (2 x X-, 2 x Y-direction)
- Combination flush trim and scraping knife unit
