Machine frame in 19mm Forescolour, consisting of milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact board, and base frame with adjustable machine feet.

Milling bed as sacrificial board in 19mm MDF.

Table openings longitudinally and transversely pre-configured.

Mechanical set consisting of profile rails including profile rail carriages, ball screw and precision rack gears.

All components assembled, pre-lubricated including test run, immediately ready for operation.

Control set consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance drivers, power supply and toroidal transformer, all preinstalled in the control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis.

Control relay for automatic actuation of the existing extraction system.

Brush seals for dust protection and protective equipment compliant with CE regulations: includes moving extraction unit and one-sided mounted laser scanner for work area monitoring, with 275° and 5.5m field range. (Machine positioned in a room corner)

Manual control panel equipped with all necessary machine functions, including emergency stop and dead man’s switch.

Tool length sensor for determining tool length and active offset of the reference point.

High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, incl. clamping nut, frequency inverter, power filter, breaking resistor, and collet set.

Built-in monitor, incl. mini PC with Windows 11, control software Beamicon2, mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console.

CAD license Rhino 8.0 and CAM license Estlcam V12, as well as all necessary documentation, will be sent by email prior to delivery.

Includes milling bed designed as a vacuum table, consisting of four individually controllable segments. Cross table made of PE with top layer in MDF. Becker vacuum pump with a capacity of 100m³/h, oil-lubricated. A 16 Amp, 400 V AC plug is required for the vacuum pump electrical connection. The customer must provide HDF 3mm raw on both sides for the whole vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial board. (Recommended application: machining of coated wood-based panels)
