This 2014 SPC3000 (40 Ton) pipe cutting machine is highly versatile. The machine is capable of cutting pipes from 300mm - 3000mm diameter and is equipped with a lot of extra features:

- 4x 10 Ton pipe trolleys (300-2500 mm OD) (1 of them is a driven pipe trolley)
- 2x 20 Ton pipe support (2500-3000 mm OD)
- Plasma marking system Kjellberg Finemarker
- Punch marking system
- Can handle 18 meter long pipes
- Plasma cutting system Kjellberg FF450
- Oxyfuel cutting process
- Additional touch screen remote control attached to main drive
- 3 Point fume exhaust system

The SPC3000 is used by our eXperience Center and maintained by our best engineers at our headquarters in The Netherlands. The machine has a proven record and is used to profile pipes for clients in several high demanding industries f.i offshore, piping, structural steel and the vessel industry. A lot of special projects have been profiled on this machine.
