For sale is a professional, fully automatic powder coating system as a continuous system (indexed process) from the trading agency Klaus Benecke. The system is ideally suited for the efficient coating of aluminum components as well as other metallic parts. A customized configuration of the system is possible upon request!

Highlights & Key Components:

- Chemical pretreatment: 2-stage spray booth (L=3,600mm, W=1,500mm, H=2,250mm) including degreasing/phosphatizing and rinsing zone with spray ring.

- Flash-off oven: Continuous oven up to 120°C with 40kW LPG gas burner (Riello). (other energy supply possible)
- Powder coating booth PVC 3,600: Antistatic plastic booth with mono-cyclone (12,000m³/h extraction capacity) and after-filter.
- Wagner Premium application technology: 2 lifting units, 6 automatic PEA-C4 guns, 2 manual guns and control system designed for up to 10 guns.
- Curing oven: Continuous oven up to 220°C with 80kW LPG gas burner (Riello). (other energy supply possible)
- Conveyor system: Cardin chain conveyor C-100 in indexed operation (50m conveyor length, 54m chain).
- Control system: Modern PLC control system with 7" color display (Easy View), inverter and modem for remote maintenance.
