4-axis machining center. The main spindle uses HSK63f. 14-position automatic tool changer (tool change time approx. 16 seconds) + pickup station with 2 tool positions. Horizontal and vertical drilling head directly next to the main spindle for drilling in the X+/- Y+/- Z direction, including 1 saw chuck for cutting in the X direction. Siemens 840D control. Tool clamping via a cross table with a vacuum chuck. Can be operated alternately / is currently operated in this way. Additional connections per clamping position: 2x vacuum, 2x compressed air, switchable. Software: Nc-Hops v5.5 with a license on a Hardlock dongle.
