The dynamic temperature control system "vario" is designed for cyclic mold temperature regulation. It is equipped with a mold-proximate valve switching unit (piston accumulator) to supply the piston inserts with water at up to 200 degrees Celsius.

The system will be inspected by Technotrans (GWK) prior to sale.

Further technical details for the "vario" temperature control unit are available upon request.

The complete system consists of:
- Medium: Water up to max. 200°C
- Heating capacity (heating circuit): 90 kW
- Heating capacity (cooling circuit): 9 kW
- Cooling: indirect
- Cooling capacity: 280 kW
- 1 piece of 2-circuit vario system wh200 (cyclic temperature regulation of mold inserts)
- 1 mold-proximate valve switching unit
- 1 piston accumulator
- 1 electronic control unit ESR (energy storage)
- 1 water treatment unit
- 1 hose and connection kit (optional, at extra cost)
