The SDFM-1100 roll-to-roll laminator is a multifunctional laminating machine. It is designed for cold and hot laminating. The paper is laminated on one side with the foil. Then the web is re-rolled onto the roll. For cold laminating, the foil is coated with a water-based glue and dried using a heating roller with a warm air drying system. The winding system sends the paper to the laminating section, where the paper is covered with the foil by heating and roller pressure. The rollers use a heated water circulation system with constant temperature control. The paper roll is held by pins, which are controlled by a pneumatic brake. The paper is unrolled to the leveler, which is equipped with automatic leveling of the paper web before laminating, which ensures even coverage of the web with foil. In the laminator, the non-adhesive film is coated with a water-based adhesive and then dried with a heating cylinder or the film already coated with adhesive is unrolled into the laminating cylinder. The laminating cylinder is heated using induction heaters. Under the laminating cylinder, the paper is joined to the film using temperature and pressure generated by the lower rubber roller, which presses the film with the paper against the laminating cylinder. The laminated web is wound onto a core on a shaft in the receiving section, after which it can be transported to subsequent production processes. Specification SDFM-1100
