The Grasselli NSA1000XC is an advanced, high-performance band saw designed for continuous, industrial portioning and slicing of fresh, boneless meat (e.g., poultry, pork, or beef). The machine is designed for continuous operation in meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, and large food packaging facilities, where uncompromising cutting precision and high material throughput are essential.
The heart of the machine is an extremely efficient 19 kW drive system that works in conjunction with a pneumatic clamping system (7 bar), ensuring stable feeding of the raw material into the cutting chamber.
