Type Coater GC 750/500 from 1994 with interchangeable drum, explosion-proof design.

Process Equipment: Glatt Coater GC 750 (equipment only used for test runs)
Perforated drum with D = 500mm drum and 750 mm drum, with:

Inlet and outlet air ducts for both drums
Capacity of 750 drum: 50 – 75 kg/batch
Capacity of 500mm drum: 15-45 kg/batch

Discharging must be done manually
Spraying arm with nozzle adapter
Spraying system with 1 Schlick nozzle

Control cabinet (pneumatic/electrical) with Siemens PLC S5

Air handling unit 7AIR including:
With inlet air fan
F7 and H12 filtration
Preheating
Dehumidification

Deduster HERDING
Outlet air fan

WIP nozzle inside drum and external nozzle
