The Sprint 42 Linear from DMG Gildemeister is a CNC turning/milling center with 6 linear axes and 2 C-axes.
Direct drives enable high acceleration and precise machining operations.
It is suitable for demanding series production of parts with a bar diameter of up to 42 mm.

Spindles: Main and counter-spindle, each up to 6,500 rpm; bar passage through main spindle 42 mm, counter-spindle 38 mm.

Tool capacity: 26 stations, including up to 11 driven tools; turret with Y-axis for milling and threading operations.

Including IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder

The IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder (Type 32 LL, year of manufacture 2007) is included in the scope of supply and enables the continuous feeding of material up to Ø 42 mm.
It operates with 400 V / 50 Hz and requires 6 bar of air pressure; its own weight is approximately 860 kg.

Main spindle newly bearing: The main spindle has already been overhauled (new bearing).

Inspection & Collection: An on-site inspection is possible.
