High-quality air pad machine from a renowned manufacturer. Suitable for producing individually defined air-filled protective and filling elements made of PA and PE film as well as air cushions made of paper.

Four air cushions are usually produced per work cycle. Various formats can be produced. 10 programs are available for storing several parameters. By calling up the corresponding program on the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and with an individually defined degree of filling can be produced. The air cushion webs created in this way are wound into rolls using a motorized device. When the roll is full, the machine switches off automatically. The finished roll can then be removed manually and subsequently used as packaging material.

The machine can be pushed using rollers and secured using brakes.

The machine can be demonstrated with power.
