The integrated ventilation and cooling principle in these ovens guarantees extremely reliable heat exchanger performance. 85% of the produced heat is utilized, leading to significant energy savings.

Additionally, the air extraction and renewal system creates a depression in the baking chamber, allowing all steam to be evacuated at the end of the baking cycle. The resulting dry atmosphere produces extra crispness in bread crusts.
