- X-axis guide system:

The X-axis travel gantry is driven via a rack with an oblique, crowned tooth profile – this guarantees
maximum precision.
The reduction gearbox ensures the highest machining quality and repeatability.
The bearings are supported by sealed ball screws running on hardened and ground linear guides.


- Y-axis guide system:

Support is provided by sealed ball screws running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Y-axis is positioned by a ground ball screw.


- Z-axis guide system:

Support is provided by sealed ball screws running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Z-axis is positioned by means of a ground ball screw.


- Automatic central lubrication:

The grease is fed in a controlled manner to the guide carriages of the X, Y and Z axes, as well as to the ball screws on the Y and Z axes
conveyed.
The lubrication process is carried out automatically after a specified time.
