Fine-grain steel welded construction, lightweight design. Fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin. Coil well approx. 8,040 mm long. 6 coil supports (coil pockets, inner dimension 82 x 52 mm). Coil cover with screen-printed panels and steel sub-beams. 2x split coil-well covers, each approx. 293 mm wide, weight approx. 13 kg per cover. Outer frame slightly angled with "Load-Lock" profile for strap attachment. Note: when side boards are fitted, they must be opened to attach the straps. 9 pairs of lashing rings, 5t each, recessed in the coil well area.

24t 2-speed landing legs, single-side operation, straight foot, without shock compensation. Note: rear swing clearance (without legs) approx. 1,930 mm. Pull-out ladder at rear. Side door retainers. 2 wheel chocks with holder. Aluminum side underrun protection, with cross- and longitudinal-beam mounted brackets for aluminum slats. Aluminum rear underrun protection. Half-shell mudguards with EC-compliant anti-spray flaps. Rear bumper/impact protection. 1 plastic tool box.

2 pairs of stake pockets recessed in the outer frame, approx. 72 x 42 mm inner dimension, positions 1 & 2 per old Fliegl stake data sheet (as AU 19219). 2 additional stake pockets recessed centrally in the floor, approx. 72 x 42 mm inner dimension, positions 1 & 2 per old Fliegl stake data sheet (as AU 192198). Note: stake pockets/plug-in stakes are not designed to secure long materials, pipes, etc. on their own, without additional lashing.

Axles & Suspension

SAF disc brake axles, 430 mm disc diameter. Axles/chassis laser-aligned to reduce tire wear and fuel consumption. Staggered axle spacing 1,410/1,310 mm (combined transport) up to 44t gross combination weight. Air suspension. No lift axle.
