The 4-cage FISHBAM is designed to perform controlled heat treatments on food products.

The loaded cages are placed inside the chamber, and once closed, the programmed cycle is executed, controlling the different phases of the treatment. Depending on the application and equipment configuration, it can be used for cooking, pasteurization, and other batch heat treatment operations.

The double-door configuration allows for establishing a continuous workflow, with loading and unloading from opposite sides of the equipment.
