The “MONOBLOCK” model integrates both the sterilizer and the aseptic filler, along with the product buffer tank, on a single frame.

This model is engineered to process a variety of products, including concentrates, diced products, fruit and tomato puree, clarified fruit juice concentrates, and dairy products.

It is characterized as a MONOBLOCK composed of:
* Scraped surface sterilizer;
Rodpfsx S Im Nex Adyop
* Double-head aseptic filler;
* De-gassing tank;
* Helical pump;
* Control panel.

Features and materials:
- Each module is built with:
* External stainless steel tube;
* Internal rotating shaft in AISI 316 stainless steel with mobile blades;
* Special mechanical seal with steam barriers.

This equipment delivers excellent results in the production of products for the canning industry, ketchup and chunk-containing sauces, thick and semi-thick products, concentrates, purées, and fruit and tomato mashes.

In the pastry industry, it is successfully used for processing creams, ice cream bases, and dairy products in general.
