Paintwork:
- Complete steel structure is automatically shot-blasted after welding using a blasting turbine system
- Second blasting process with corundum for optimal adhesion of coating system
- HRM metallization of complete chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminum) to ensure maximum corrosion protection
- Final paint finish with 2 coats of 2K topcoat, single color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red, as per RAL system 841GL
- Rims in silver
- Rear section metallized and painted RAL 9010 (Pure White)
- Metallic paint not possible
- Paint system tested in salt spray test as per ISO 9227-NSS
- Cavities sealed with special wax
