FAM Mantis Belt Slicer
The FAM Mantis Transverse Slicer is a one-dimensional slicing machine designed for cross-cutting a wide variety of elongated and oval-shaped food products. It is suitable for both straight-cut and crinkle-cut slicing.
The Mantis features a large 160 mm feed channel, allowing high volumes of product to be sliced accurately and without damage. The conveyor belts in the V-shaped feed channel automatically position the product and transport it at high speed to the cutting wheel.
The machine is equipped with an ergonomically adjustable swivel control panel with a touchscreen interface.
It is suitable for slicing both elongated and oval products, including vegetables, fruit, potatoes, meat, fish, and poultry, and offers a wide range of cutting options for many different applications.
The FAM Mantis Transverse Slicer is entirely manufactured from stainless steel.
