Injection unit

Two short-barrel cylinders for plastic injection.
Direct screw drive; ceramic heaters on cylinders.

Hardened and nitrided screw, diameter Ø 90 mm.

Maximum shot weight (PS): 2,520 g.
Open nozzle: front radius R = 35 mm, channel diameter Ø 6 mm, mounting thread M55×3.
Increased specific injection pressure: 2,180 bar.
Plasticizing capacity: 85 g/s (for polystyrene, screw Ø 90 mm).

Injection unit equipment:
M3-type barrel – bimetallic, increased corrosion and wear resistance, permissible temperature up to 350°C.
S4V-type screw – heat-treated, chrome-plated, with armoured edges; increased resistance to corrosion and wear.
Special G11.3 screw geometry optimized for processing.
R12 non-return valve (multi-ball, recommended for PC, PMMA, ABS).

Clamping unit (clamping system)

Hydromechanical dual-platen clamping system.
Four short high-pressure cylinders on the nozzle side.
Four tie-bar tensioners on the ejector side.
Two diagonally mounted fast movement cylinders on the clamp unit.
Opening stroke dependent on mould height (dynamic stroke adjustment).
Moving platen guided on the machine frame – ensures platen rigidity and parallelism.
Clamping force: 11,000 kN.
Mould mounting platen dimensions: 1,850 × 1,810 mm.
Tie bar spacing: 1,400 × 1,150 mm.

Independent hydraulic core pull drives: 2 units on the moving platen, 2 units on the fixed platen.

Pump station with electrohydraulic pressure and flow regulated pumps, and fixed delivery pumps.
Energy-saving proportional hydraulics with precise flow and pressure control.
Servo valve for injection speed, holding pressure, and back pressure control.
ECODRIVE system – energy-efficient hydraulic drive enabling parallel auxiliary movements with minimal energy consumption.

ENGEL Viper 40 Robot

Integrated Cartesian robot, operated via CC200/RC200 control panel.
Three servo-driven axes: X = 700 mm (extendable to 900 mm), Y = 1,000 mm (tandem up to 1,900 mm), Z = 1,880 mm (extendable up to 5,720 mm).
Payload up to 17 kg, accuracy ±0.05 mm.
C axis: 0–90° rotating gripper, pneumatic drive.
B axis: rotation of head around lift axis (Y), servo motor drive, range +90° / –180°.
