EHT EHPS 15-35

For sale is a robust hydraulic EHT bending press, type EHPS 15-35, manufactured in 1993.

The machine comes from an industrial setting and, after repair, is ideal for sheet metal processing, metalworking, metal construction, contract manufacturing, or as a production machine for medium to heavy bending operations.
The bending press has a working length of 3,550 mm and a pressing force of 1,500 kN, or approximately 150 tons. It is equipped with a Cybelec DNC 880 control system. The scope of delivery includes a comprehensive set of upper and lower tools as well as special tools.

Important note regarding the current condition:
The machine can be started. However, an error appears during the initialization of the stops, which means that bending cannot currently be performed. The error must be bypassed or professionally repaired. After this error is resolved, the machine should be fully operational again. Therefore, it is being sold explicitly as a used industrial machine in need of repair for restoration purposes.

The machine is in used condition, with signs of wear consistent with its age. There are signs of use, paint damage, and dirt, as shown in the pictures. The control cabinet, the control system, the tools, and the machine components are documented in the photos.
An on-site inspection is possible and highly recommended, subject to prior arrangement. A functional test is only possible to a limited extent, as there is currently an error during the initialization of the stops.

Inspection / Collection
The machine is located in an industrial hall and can be inspected by appointment. Disassembly, loading, and transport will be arranged or carried out by the buyer. Assistance with organization can be provided if necessary.
