Overview

Complete 10 hl craft brewery around an Eco Brew Tech 10-20 HL steam-heated two-vessel brewhouse from 2014. One package from milling to bottling: malt mill, brewhouse with wort cooling and oxygenation, hot and cold water tanks, steam generator, three 20 hl unitanks, filtration, an atmospheric filler-capper monoblock, a self-adhesive labeller and a microchiller. 10 hl of cast wort per brew at 12.5 °P, up to 4 brews in 24 hours.
