Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR Series, the CR12A breaks the payload barrier with a 12 kg capacity, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the demands of heavy-duty order picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliances, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR12A employs the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating state.

Expanded capabilities with high payload and large reach
The CR12A offers a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates with greater stability and experiences 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for greater flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLCs. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN circuits, allowing for easy application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the falling distance of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
