DECKEL FP3 CC/T

DECKEL FP3 CC/T CNC universal milling machine in robust industrial design. This machine is ideal for precision machining tasks in toolmaking, mechanical engineering, as well as for single-part and small batch production.

Equipped with the proven Dialog 11 control system (3D path control), the machine offers reliable and user-friendly operation.

The working area features travel paths of 400 mm (X), 400 mm (Y), and 500 mm (Z). The spacious worktable, measuring 700 x 450 mm, allows the machining of a wide variety of workpieces with a maximum table load of approx. 500 kg.

The machine is fitted with an SK40 spindle taper and stepless programmable spindle speeds from 18 to 6300 rpm. The spindle power is 6.0 kW, enabling even demanding machining operations.

A tool magazine with 26 stations ensures efficient workflow. Rapid traverse speed is up to 10,000 mm/min.

The machine comes with a fully enclosed safety cabinet, coolant system, and central lubrication.
