DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, well-maintained, last service at 1,760 operating hours. The HS2 system truck is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for use in complex drilling projects. With its 45 kVA generator, the HS2 provides a powerful and reliable solution. The system is equipped with ten cyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each rated at 7.5 kW, ensuring efficient processing and transfer of drilling fluids. The shaker features three dual-deck flatscreens with six screens in total, allowing for thorough screening and cleaning. The total tank capacity is 12,000 liters, divided into three tanks, providing ample capacity for drilling fluids. Additionally, the HS2 includes a 1,100-liter fresh water tank. The HS2 system truck is integrated in a BDF container construction, offering maximum flexibility and mobility for operations at various sites. It also comes with a tank capacity increased by 4,000 liters, resulting in a total of 12,000 liters.

The most proven all-rounder with a total tank volume of 12m³ (5 + 5 + 2), sold over 200 times since 2015 and continuously improved for ongoing successful operation. Optimally designed for drilling rigs in the 15–25 t performance class. The three KSB centrifugal pumps, each with a flow rate of 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW), are powered by an underfloor-installed 50 kVA generator.

Max. cleaning performance of up to 150 m³/day or 15 m³/h

Centrifuge option: For drilling rigs with small, high-pressure bentonite quick-runner pumps to significantly increase service life; 10 hydrocyclones to separate fine solids: 2.2 bar.
