ITEC AG laser cutting system for circuit boards.
The system consists of the following components:

ITEC AG cell with granite bed, 3-axis
Motoman NX 100 robot, vacuum manipulator
RIEDEL L 21/8 TR 3.00 cooling system
GSW Schwabe AG straightening machine MHR 2.5mm / 1250mm / 7 rollers
GSW Schwabe AG coil handling system VRMA 80/76

The circuit boards are fed from the coil (GSW Schwabe AG, MHR 2.5/1250, general overhaul in 2022) into the straightening machine (GSW Schwabe AG, VRMA 80/76). The PDFs with technical data are attached.

The laser portal for the TRUMPF TF is mounted on a solid granite bed, which guarantees absolute repeatability.
The Motoman robot picks and places components using a vacuum manipulator and camera.
The system has been continuously maintained and is in production-ready condition.
Before dismantling, the system was cleaned, and all liquids and coolants were evacuated.
