General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses have been developed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow during sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame structure with 8 guideways provides maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 300/100 model, featuring a 300-ton main ram and a 100-ton bottom cushion ram (pot), is specially designed for deep drawing and spinning operations requiring high tonnage. The frame construction is stress-relieved using vibration methods for long life and reliable performance.
