• COSTA wide-belt sander with a planing head and two sanding units with one platen (2017)
This machine allows for calibration, pre-planing, and precise sanding of panel and worktop surfaces. The dual-unit configuration enables efficient material removal and final surface finishing.

• Automatic loading station with ABB IRB 760 robot (2024)
A state-of-the-art, high-performance robotic station providing precise and rapid feeding of elements into the sander.

• Automatic unloading and palletizing station – ABB IRB 760 robot (2024)
Fully automated collection and palletizing of finished components, significantly streamlining production logistics.

• Infeed conveyor with 180-degree panel and worktop flipping mechanism (2024)
Enables the automatic turning of parts during processing, allowing both sides to be machined without operator intervention.
