CORMAK ESR-1300/1.5

Electromechanical Plate Rolling Machine ESR 1300 × 1.5 mm with Asymmetric Rolls

The ESR 1300 × 1.5 mm electromechanical plate rolling machine with asymmetric rolls is designed for manufacturing cylindrical and conical shells with various diameters. The machine is intended for bending metal sheets with a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm and a working length of up to 1300 mm. The upper roll diameter is 75 mm.

Three-roll bending machines from this series are highly popular due to their simple yet functional construction, offering reliable operation and versatility for light-duty metal forming applications.

Machine Features
Asymmetric roll arrangement for easier sheet positioning and efficient bending.
Upper and lower rolls driven by an electric motor through a gear system and chain transmission.
Upper and lower rolls rotating in both directions for convenient operation and improved control of the bending process.
Height-adjustable lower and side rolls with manual adjustment.
Cone bending capability for producing tapered components.
Foot pedal control unit with an emergency stop button for safe and convenient operation.
Construction and Technology

The machine uses a reliable chain drive system to transfer rotation from the electric motor to the rolls. The asymmetric roll configuration improves the ease of inserting and positioning the sheet before bending.

The manually adjustable lower and side rolls allow precise setting of the bending parameters, while the reversible roll rotation ensures comfortable and efficient operation.
