It features the CMS Powder Free system, with guides protected against water and dust [rack and sliding guides are protected within the structure by a labyrinth seal].

The bridge design includes gantry drive, allowing workpiece supports up to 1000 kg/m². The machine weighs approximately 4,500 kg (without water). Equipped with lift doors on both the front and rear, ensuring no splashing water or abrasive sand ends up on the workshop floor. Sand is removed from the water tank via a chain conveyor.
