1. Image Processing System
Equipped with hardware and software to detect various types of defects, depending on sorting requirements. Standard operation via color detection, simple settings via light/dark detection and also through recognition of shape and size. Up to 16 sorting criteria possible. Sorting programs and individual filter settings can be saved.

2. Ejection Unit, including 6 solenoid valves with 9 outlets each for removing rejected products.

3. Mechanical Structure consisting of:
• Stainless steel or coated aluminum parts for all product-contacting components
• Chute with dual-side usability
• Frame made of painted steel with food-grade coating for all other parts

The color sorter is currently equipped for operation with one chute. The current frame allows for an upgrade to three chutes.
