Description:

General-purpose chemical mixer manufactured by Chemplex with a 3-ton capacity, designed with an integrated tank weighing system (3 load cells with indicator).

The tank is an atmospheric vessel with a DN100 bottom outlet.
Heating is provided by 30 kW electric bottom heating and jacket heating.
The mixer is equipped with a propeller-type agitator.

It has a flat lid that can be opened and is fitted with a safety grid. The lid contains 4 dosing/inlet nozzles.
Recommended operating temperature: 20–60 °C.

The bottom discharge outlet is fitted with a stainless steel ball valve equipped with a pneumatic actuator and bubble (position) feedback.
The actuator is spring-loaded, therefore the ball valve has a safety-closed function.
