Automatic wrap-around cartoning machine CAMA, designed for the automated secondary packaging of products in cardboard boxes, forming the box directly around the product group during a continuous end-of-line process.

Manufactured by CAMA, the machine integrates product feeding and grouping operations, cardboard feeding, box forming, folding, and closing, providing an automated solution for high-production industrial lines.

The wrap-around system allows the packaging to be formed from a die-cut cardboard blank, wrapping the previously grouped product and creating a box ready for palletizing, storage, and distribution.

PROCESS

Products from the production line automatically enter the CAMA cartoning machine, where they are organized and grouped according to the configured packaging format.

Simultaneously, the machine takes a die-cut cardboard blank and positions it in the forming area. The grouped product is placed on the cardboard, and through various mechanisms, it is folded around the product group.

Subsequently, the flaps are closed to create a fully formed wrap-around box with the product inside.
