Basic Equipment

Controls: Main control panel mounted in the center of the cab with JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions plus download capability for recorded data. Additionally, the JVM screen can display images from up to four cameras. A separate control console with a palm rest is mounted on the door side for operating main sweeping functions.

Suction Blower: Variable suction speed from 1800 rpm to 3500 rpm to adapt to different working conditions.

V65t: Higher gear ratio: 1.79:1

Disc Brushes (Gutter Brushes): Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cab). Highly visible signal-yellow brush plate and hose guidance.

Suction Nozzle: Suction nozzle made of cast aluminum with an inlet diameter of 250 mm and tool-free adjustment.

Dust Suppression System: Spray heads for dust control are mounted at the suction nozzle(s), disc brushes, and along the vehicle front. "Pressadrain" water recycling system. EUnited 4-star PM10 certification.

Electrics 24 V: All external wiring harness connectors comply with IP67 protection class standards.

External Noise / Sound Power Level: LWA 108 dB(A) for standard engines measured according to EU Directive 2000/14/EC. LWA 112 dB(A) for high-power engines, measured according to EU Directive 2000/14/EC.

Debris Container: Structure comprises debris hopper and integrated water tank, made of highly durable stainless steel. Waterproof rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. A water strainer allows the debris container to be used as a large water tank for street washing. Standard equipment includes rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage debris container support, two protected rear beacon lights, and LED work lights.

Water Tank: The tank with anti-surge features can be filled via a Type 'A' hydrant connection. The double diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even dry running.
