CONE ROLLING ATTACHMENT:

To facilitate the rolling of taper or conical forms, a skid plate is fitted to the inside of the non-drive end housing.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Motors:

Main Drive - 150 H.P. half hour rated – slip ring screen protected – foot mounted type.
Bottom Roll Adjustments - 50 H.P. half hour rated – slip ring screen protected – foot mounted type.
Hydraulic Power Pack Motor - 10 H.P. continuously rated – Squirrel cage – screen protected – foot mounted type.

Control Gear:

Main Drive - Drum type reversing control gear with 5 minute rated wire wound resistances, designed to pass 100% full load on the first notch or operating position in each direction. The controller will be fitted with off position interlock and limit switch rings where necessary.
Bottom Roll Adjustments - Drum type reversing control gear with 5 minute rated wire wound resistances designed to pass 100% full load on the first notch or operating position in each direction. The controllers will be fitted with off position interlock and limit switch rings where necessary.
Hydraulic Power Pack - Direct-on-line contactor type starter, operated from a maintaining type push button station.

Solenoid valves for operating cylinders are push button operated.

Note:

Full protection to be provided for all the above control gear by a circuit breaker, incorporating overload and no-volt protection.
