Brandt KDF 530 C edge banding machine with jointing, corner rounding, two scraper blades and Riepe spraying units.

All indexable inserts for the milling units and scrapers have been replaced or rotated, saws sharpened, jointing cutters sharpened, buffing discs replaced. The machine is immediately ready for use. Only the diamond cutter of the profile cutter has not been replaced, but is still sharp.

Minor paint touch-ups carried out.
Approx. 3500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer reboots while the machine is running (mainly in high ambient temperatures), but this has not been an issue for us, as operation can continue during the reboot.
