TECHNO KERNEL FD I SD – a line of 2 through-feed drilling machines.

Each machine has 6 upper and 6 lower drilling heads, with 2 independent motor units for each. On each unit, it is possible to install an assembly with 11 vertical spindles, arranged either along the X-axis or the Y-axis with a 32 mm spacing, or assemblies for dedicated machining operations.
The first machine also has two horizontal drilling units, each consisting of 2 independent assemblies equipped with 11 spindles with a 32 mm spacing.
In the second machine, instead of the horizontal spindles, there are 4 glue and dowel insertion units installed on each side.

It is possible to load the components manually, or to connect the machine to automated loading and unloading systems for operation in a production line.
