Overview

The rotary filling and capping machine manufactured by Bertolaso in 2022 is currently used for vinegar production. It features 30 filling valves and 4 capping stations and operates based on the atmospheric filling principle. The machine can be used with a wide range of shape-stable containers and is suitable for filling low-viscosity, non-carbonated liquids.

Bottles: 600 ml & 1000 ml cylindrical (range Ø55–95 mm, H160–360 mm)

Caps: Pre-threaded plastic

Output: 8,000 bph (600 ml) / 6,000 bph (1000 ml)

Material: All product-contact parts in AISI 316 stainless steel
