BERTOCCHI CX20

The turbo-extractor, models CX20, is designed and built solely for the extraction of juice or puree from products normally intended for food, starting with whole fruits and vegetables or in large chunks.The machine can work in the presence of low-pressure steam or inert gas.

The principle function is to directly feed the machine with whole or destoned fruit at room temperature and by means of the Rotopulse patented device it's possible to extract the puree without preheating it.
