The automatic cross-feed meat grinder is a robust and versatile machine, designed for the efficient processing of both fresh and frozen meat down to -8 °C, as well as other food products. Thanks to its integrated angular feed system, the product is delivered evenly and in a controlled manner, resulting in consistent and high-quality grinding.

The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel, including the cutting worm, feeding worm, and worm housing, ensuring optimal hygiene, durability, and easy cleaning. Operation is controlled via an electronic control panel, allowing the user to select between two speeds for both the feeding worm and the cutting worm. Combined with various knife configurations, this enables a wide range of cuts, from coarse to ultra-fine grinding.

For operator safety, the grinder is equipped with an observation platform that automatically stops the machine when opened, as well as a safety rail around the feeding area that immediately halts operation upon contact.

Optionally, the grinder can be fitted with a loading system for 200-liter standard meat carts. This system is available in two versions: a column-type or a hydraulic side-loading variant, depending on the specific needs of the user.
