The BC-40 CA is a fully automatic horizontal stretch wrapper for bundling and spiral wrapping products that need to be secured on a corrugated cardboard sheet.

After activating the foot switch, the machine automatically centers the sheet placed on the infeed conveyor and transfers it to the rotating ring. The size of the sheet is automatically detected and assigned to one of ten selectable wrapping programs.

The transport and ring rotation speeds are adjustable and are controlled via frequency inverters. The product is automatically fixed onto the sheet by the machine, and a clamping and cutting system attaches and trims the film at the beginning and end of the wrapping cycle.

The machine features a quick-change system for easy film roll replacement.
