Used Palletizer ACMI RASAR P180 2200 plastic crates – hour

General Features of the Automatic Palletizer

The Used Palletizer ACMI RASAR P180 2200 plastic crates – hour is a conventional automatic low-level palletizer designed to optimize end-of-line operations in high-speed bottling processes. Specifically, the Italian manufacturer ACMI built this model in 2007. As a result, it delivers a nominal capacity of 2200 plastic crates/hour, which ensures high productivity. In particular, it suits bottling lines that handle 1-liter formats in both glass and PET. Moreover, the system prioritizes reliability and speed in demanding industrial settings.

Compatibility with Bottle Crates and Pallets

The Used Palletizer ACMI RASAR P180 2200 plastic crates – hour efficiently handles crates containing 12 glass bottles. Consequently, it proves ideal for beverage production environments where crate-based transport is standard. Furthermore, the machine processes standard CP1 pallets (1000×1200 mm), ensuring compatibility with common logistics solutions. In addition, it includes an integrated pallet magazine, which significantly reduces the need for manual intervention. This, in turn, contributes to continuous and automated operation. As such, it streamlines the entire end-of-line workflow.

Movement System and Automation

This model features a low-level movement system. Not only does this simplify the mechanical layout, but it also facilitates maintenance access. Therefore, operators can perform inspections and servicing more efficiently. A Siemens PLC manages the palletizing cycle, thereby guaranteeing precise control and high reliability. Additionally, the PLC allows seamless integration with upstream and downstream equipment. In short, the automation setup supports complex configurations while maintaining ease of use.

Safety Functions and Technical Documentation

The Used Palletizer ACMI RASAR P180 2200 plastic crates-  hour includes all required safety features to comply with current industrial regulations. Specifically, it comes with physical guards, presence sensors, and interlocks. Thanks to these features, the system protects operators during operation and maintenance. Besides, it includes complete technical manuals. These documents, in turn, support technicians during installation, configuration, and servicing. Consequently, the equipment offers not only performance but also compliance and maintainability.

Current Condition and Recommissioning Potential

Currently, technicians have dismantled the Used Palletizer ACMI RASAR P180 2200 plastic crates – hour. Therefore, transport and storage become significantly easier. Additionally, the modular construction reduces both time and effort during recommissioning. As a result, companies can quickly reintegrate the machine into existing production lines.
