Wilhelm Merkle Schweißtechnik GmbH

Merkle Schweißtechnik GmbH was founded in 1980 in Munich as a sales and service branch of Merkle-Schweißmaschinenbau GmbH, based in Kötz, Swabia, in order to provide optimal support to customers in Lower and Upper Bavaria from Munich. Due to rapid growth, an additional sales and service branch was established in Landshut in 1985. In 1988, the next branch followed in Rosenheim, creating optimal conditions to serve trade and industrial customers in the metropolitan areas of Munich, Landshut, Rosenheim, and the surrounding regions.

Driven by the vision to conquer new markets, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the Eastern and Southern European markets. In 2004, we expanded our activities accordingly and now have official representations in the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, and South Tyrol. As a result, we are now one of Bavaria’s largest welding technology dealers. Our expansion was provisionally completed in 2008 by moving into our own premises in Munich-Freiham. Subsequently, the focus shifted to the expansion of our service offerings. This enables us to offer many advantages today.
