UAB 'R&R Ideas' is a licensed expanded polystyrene waste collection and recycling company based in Kaunas. Established in 2010, the company has specialized in the management and recycling of foam waste since its inception. The company started with polystyrene compression and, since 2012, has carried out extrusion-based recycling, producing granules for business clients. The operational process also includes shredding, drying, extrusion, and melt filtration, which enables the company to handle the collection, preparation, and recycling of foam waste into raw materials for further manufacturing. The company serves clients in Lithuania and abroad, and in 2022 rebranded to 'Circleplast.'
