This is a robust machine powered by compressed air and 220V, fully Plug and Play! Ideal for small-batch filling operations. Even a small compressor is sufficient to operate this machine. A compressor can be supplied upon request.

The filler features a 500ml cylinder, enabling a maximum fill volume of 500ml per cycle. For larger volumes, multiple cycles can be programmed. The minimum stroke is 50ml, and any volume between 50ml and 500ml can be dispensed in one cycle.

The unit comes with a large 25L hopper. Optionally, it is possible to connect the system to an IBC or 200L drum, allowing for faster processing of larger batches. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and automatic mode. In automatic mode, it continuously fills, making high-volume filling quick and efficient. With the foot pedal, operators can fill at their own pace.

Depending on operator speed and fill quantity, 15–25 units per minute can be achieved, making this a very fast machine. It weighs approximately 15–20kg and is easily placed on a tabletop. The entire structure is made of stainless steel, ensuring high quality and durability.
