The machine has been regularly maintained and serviced since its commissioning. The period of GO and SO was carried out according to the actual condition. The repairs were carried out by the turbine manufacturer, the reconstruction (1969) and subsequent repairs were carried out by the 1st Brno Engineering Works. GO with replacement of blades was carried out in 1986 and SO in 2005 with standard scope of work. In the last period, routine maintenance and repairs were carried out by the local maintenance of the heating plant, when the following repairs were mainly carried out:
- control maintenance, oil. system, condensation
- maintenance of the heat exchanger station
- maintenance of valves
